zoned Commercial C-2 In 1981 the City Initiated a zone change on the northerly 1 41
acres of Tax Lot 2600 from C-2 to Single Family ReSidential R-1 In 1990, the property
owner requested a zone change on the northerly 5 acres of Tax Lot 2600 from Low
DenSity ReSidential (LDR) and Community Commercial (CC) to Medium DenSity ReSidential
(MDR) The request was approved by the Planning CommiSSion on July 12, 1990
