Our records indicate that the above referenced permit has expired.
Please be advised, that a mobile home placement permit is required for all mobile
homes being used for residential purposes in Lane County.

Conditional Use Permit or Special Use Permit.
Your immediate attention to th is matter is required by dOing one of the following
on or before October 6, 1983.
1. I F your TMH was issued for a family member suffering a medical hardship and
the circumstances remd1n the same pl ease come 1nto our off1ce and make
application for a permit or you may apply by mail by filling out the attached
forms.
2. IF your TMH has been removed or d1sconnected contact our office that we may
verify the removal.
3. I F you .wish to pursue appropriate act10n that may allow the TMH 1ssued for
other reasons contact me and I w111 find out what options are available to
you.
