Our office has attempted to contact the previous property ow~er concerning
the Non-conforming mobile home on the property located at 1723 Mallard.
A recent field 'investigation has verified that the mobile home is still
present and occupied and also that you are the present owner of the property.
Please be advised that a mobile home placement permit is required for all
mobile homes being used for residential purposes in Lane County.
This situation has been in violation for several years and needs to be
resolved as soon as possible. If there is no response by October 26, 1984
it will be necessary to turn the matter over for enforcement.
Our office hours are 10:00 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 3:00, Monday through Friday.
