As you requested I performed a sIte inspection on April 25, 2005 at the above noted
location. DUring that inspection I made the following observations
The foHowing lots are included during my inspection

· Lot 26. 739 S 47th Place, Pmt # COM 2004-01440 *
· Lot 21. 756 S 48th Place. Pmt # COM 2004-0]581
· Lot 22, 748 S 48111 Placc, Pmt # COM 2004-0] 582
The perforated drains that are currently installed are to be day lighted into the storm
water system at the curb via gravity. The water is to be collected into a non-perforated 4-
inch diameter pipe with a minimum. I % slope and directed through the curb cut The
diversion lines 'are to be located on the downhill side of the foundations No special
inspection is required
