RE: 3180 ~avden BridlZe Rd, - Compaction Inspection - Job #-593-03
As you requested, a compaction inspection was performed at the above address on 12/29/04. The
site preparation required installation 1 WI minus crushed rock in excess of 18" in depth to raise
the site to the desired elevation in preparation for the proposed foundation. A proof roll of the
\ pad was performed using a loaded dump truck. No rutting was observed on the site. The
compacted surface of the 1 WI crushed rock is adequate for the proposed foundation and has a
minimum bearing capacity of 1500 psf,
This report is limited to the compaction of the installed engineered fill at the above address,
