Corrective Action Land Drainage and Alteration Pemlits
Dear Mr. Larkin:
A site visit was performed on December 31, 2002 by Mel Oberst and Linda Pauly of the
Development Services Department of the City of Springfield, It was determined by Mr.
Oberst and Ms, Pauly that the restoration plantings for the wetland area were complete.
The single family residences at 2252 33rd Street and 2264 33rd Street can now receive
final occupancy. -
The area will need to be monitored, as noted in the report by Terra Associates Inc., and a
copy of the annual report submitted to the City of Springfield,
As stated in the Corrective Action Land Drainage and Alteration Permit, the City may
inspect the work site described in this permit at any time during a one-year period
following the receipt by the City of notice of completion of the described work and
specify, at the City's sole discretion, any additional restoration work required to return
the site to a standard acceptable to the City. The City will have until December 31, 2003
to inspect the work. If there is no additional work required by that date, the deposit will
be refunded at that time,
