As you requested I performed 8 site inspection on April 25. 2005 at the above noted
location During that inspection I made the following observations
The following lots are included during my Inspection

The perforated drains that are cu........Jy mstalled are to be <fa} lighted into the storm
water :system at the curb via gravity The water is to be collected into it non-perforated 4-
inch diameter pipe with a minimum I % slope and directed through the curb cut The
diversion lines are to be located on the dcwnhill side of the foundatiOns No special
inspection is required
