On 2'1 October 2004, I performed a partial inspection of the Truss Modifications and
Doorway Header at the above address, The following was noted:
1) Truss modifications were in conformance with plans. New bottom chords
were upgraded from No, I D.F. 2 x 4 to No. I D,F, 2 x 6's. While only one
side was plated at this inspection, the materials, procedures, and nail schedules
were adhered to.
2) Doorway header beams were upgraded from No, 1 D.F, 1 x 10 to No.1 D.F, 2
x 10's. Only one side of doorway header had been applied at this point, due to
wiring changes, The nailing schedule was in conformance to plans.
On""5 January 2005: I again visited the site to conduct a final inspection of the Truss
Modifications and new Doorway Header, with the following report:
I) Work on trusses was complete as per the plans, with all members in place and
nails properly placed.
2) Doorway header was finished, with members applied to both sides and in
conformance to plans.
At this time, work is complete for the Truss Modifications and the new Doorway Header
between Kitchen and Dining Rooms.
