Performed Visual inspection of completed weldments on elevated metal driveway, entry to garage Checked puddle
weldments and button punch on metal decking Welding was done With SMAW process uSing E7018 Electrode on all
structural steel components under decking The beams and tube steel columns were welded at fabncatlon shop
Without special inspection Weldments were painted at the time of inspection
'eldments were checked for Size, length, profile and location To the best of our knowledge, the work checked IS In
~onformance With approved draWing, speCification and applicable AWS D1 1 (Static) Code, except as noted for shop
weldments, which appear to be acceptable Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are
needed '
