A B2ee engineer Visited the reSidentIal building site on January 12, 2000 to Inspect a previously
placed perimeter footing and'stemwall, and Internal grade-beam The foundation is expOSed,
only the floor JOIsts hsve been placed_

The bu"der/o~er supphed receipts for the concrete and concrete pumping servIces, site
pIctures, and approved bUilding plans prepared by Landmark Design Inc dated March 1987
Based on the receipts, 1275 cubIc yards of 3,000 psi strength concrete was supplied to the SIte
by Morse Brcs Inc on July'21, 1998 The footings were measured to be at least 14 Inches
Wide and 6 Inches thick The stemwallls 6 Inches thick The pictures showed that reinforcing
steel was placed In the concrete forms In accordance W1th the approved plans B2CC's
engIneer, uSing a metal detector, located the reInforCIng steel In the foundation at the
approximate locations shown by the pIctures and the plans ,
Based on our observations and field testing, the foundation appears to have been placed In
aa:ortfance WIth the project plans with regards to dImenSIOn and structural reinforcement Hand
probing adjacent to the footings IndicateS a sod beanng capacity up to 1,500 pst
