As requested, the engineering dated 11/10/03 has been revised The revl~ion:s are as follows
1, The footing for the retaining wall at the back of the garage has been revised On
sheet 7 of the plans a footing width of 64" is specified for a retaining wall Wltll a stem
wall height of 7'-6" Due to this wall be restrained by the garageJloor slab, the retalnlflg
wall can be designed so that there IS a 24" heel and 32" toe for a tot81 footing width of
64"
2 The footing fOr the retaining wall at the back of the house, adjacent to the laundry
room, has been revised The retaining wall at thfs location with a stem wnll height of 5'
can be deSigned with a 30" heel arid 26" toe for a total footing width of 64"
