Performed visual Inspection during the Installation of (8) :y.," wedge anchors In the following locations at nOl'thwest
corner of building #6 wedge anchors torque to 200 PSI 2 wedge anchors to only 150 PSI The 2 wedge anchors at
150PSI had approval from Engineer and he had mentioned that he would be sending over an RFI on that matter
Verified minimum embedment depth of 8 Inches The wedge anchors were Installed in accordance with approved Job-
site plans Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed To the best of our knowledge
the work Inspected above was In accordance with the bUilding department design drawings, specifications and
applicable workmanship provISions of the International BUilding Code, except as noted
