The following Item's were In non-conformance. Need englneenng approval for as-built conditIOns on tube steel
splices and the additIOn of flat stock at JOist to beam In line of detail callout 6!A1.2. Also repair under filled
welds, excessive weld, and hole repair In weld area Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional
services are needed
