Inspection of: Masonry Weather: Light Rain Continuous Inspection: 0
Contractor: Meili Construction BPNo.: COM2006-00624 Periodic Inspection: 0
Performed inspection on the reinforcing steel for 8" CMU walls on line 1, from B to F,
on 2, from A to B, on A, from 2 to 3, on 8, from 1 to 2 and column wrap at A 1 (3'8" to
7'8"). Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, size, lap, placement and clearance.
Cells were relatively clean and free of excessive mortar projections. Observed the
placement of 3.5 cu./yds. of MBI 7 1/2 sack grout (Mix 712-G). Grout was placed by
pump and was mechanically consolidated. Grout slump :t9"; grout temperature 60F; air
temperature 50F.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
06-29-06, revision dated 08-30-06 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C.,
except if noted above. Cory Reiling (Haps Masonry) was asked to notify our office
when additional services are needed.
