Performed inspection on the reinforcing steel for 8" CMU walls on line 1, from B to F,
on 2, from A to B, on A, from 2 to 3, on B, from 1 to 2, column wrap at A1 (7'8" to
11'8"); south and west sides of column at A6 (3'8" to 7'8"). Reinforcing steel was
checked for grade, size, lap, placement and clearance. Cells were relatively clean and
free of excessive mortar projections. Observed the placement of 3.5 cu.lyds. of MBI 7
1/2 sack grout (Mix 712-G). Grout was placed by pump and was mechanically
consolidated. Grout slump 9+"; grout temperature 62F; air temperature 51 F.

To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
06-29-06, revision dated 08-30-06 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C.,
except if noted above. Cory Reiling (Haps Masonry) was asked to notify our office
when additional services are needed, and to construct another set of prisms for
compressive strength testing.
