Performed final inspection on the reinforcing steel for 8" CMU walls at the following
locations: on line 1, from A to G and on A, from 1 to 3 (11'8" to 14'0"). Also, wall on line
A, from 4 to 5 (3'8" to 7'8"). Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, size, lap,
placement and clearance. Cells were relatively clean and free of excessive mortar
projections. Observed the placement of 5.0 cu.lyds. of MBI 7 1/2 sack grout (Mix 712-
G). Grout was placed by pump and was mechanically consolidated. Slump 8+"; grout
temperature 64F; air temperature 61 F. Walls were grouted solid.

To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
06-29-06 (latest revision dated 08-30-06) and applicable workmanship provisions of the
I.B.C., except if noted above. Cory (Haps Masonry) was asked to notify our office when
additional services are needed.
