1361 "S" Street m Spnngfield, wmch IS the property adjacent to 1349 "S" Street m Spnngfield
As owner of the adjacent property, these are my concerns of issues wmch can anse dunng the
proposed constructIOn
I Damage to fence wmch IS the North/South border dlvidmg both propertIes
2 Damage to garden spnnklers and shrubs/plants that run parallel to the fence
3 Damage to overhead and underground utilItIes
4 Damage and obstructIOn to the dnveway
If any damage occurs, to any of the above mentIoned, dunng constructIOn or during the bUlldmg
process on Mr Wrrfs property, WIll Mr Wlrfbe responsIble and pay m full, for ALL repaIrs?
5. There IS also the Issue of the four maIlboxes, mme mcluded, whIch IS located drrectly m
front of the proposed constructIOn SIte Does Mr Wlrfhas a proposed plan on tms
matter? Would he consIder upgradmg to a lockbox-type maIlbox wmch IS mounted on a
concrete pad?
6 Keepmg m mmd that "S" street IS narrow, WIth no SIdewalks, where wIll all the
construction eqUIpment for Mr Wrrfs project be parked, off- road or m the mIddle of
the road?
7 Is tlus project gomg to be a smgle-story or multIple-story bUlldmg, smgle/multlple famIly
dwellIng?
8 What IS the plan for parkmg for the addItIonal famlhes who WIll be dwellIng on these
propertIes?
9 WIthout any proposed plans or pnnts aVaIlable for VIeWIng, how can I, as a neIghbor: be
fully aware of the ramIficatIOns oftlus proposed constructIOn project ofMr Wu'fl
