I, Marvin S. Krush, am requesting an additional 60 days to complete th'e requirements of
the final plat application for City of Springfield partition SUB2005-00019. Due to the
length of time it has taken to get the correct spiral curve information for the Highway 126
right-of-way the application may not be finalized within the allowed 180 days. We are
working closely with Jon Driscoll on this matter and believe that we are close to
