RE: Lot 2 South HIlls Subdivision. Sorinafield:" Rim Joist Fix. W.O.#14591 -QPM
This letter IS In regards to the upper floor 9 %~ T JI PRO 250 joists which were placed short of the
nm board by approximately 1 %". The fix for this is to add a joist or rim board 1 %" wide at the
top and bOttom to fill the space between the end of the joists and the outer rim board. The joists
are to have a minimum bearing of 1 %".
