Field Observations and Comments
Our representative witnessed a proofroll of natIVe sOil and Import gravel fill mixture at finished fill grade, as per Rick,
foreman with Centerline Construction The proofroll was conducted within lots #1, #8, #9 and #16 WIthin lots #1 and
#8, It appeared that approximately one to two feet of fill had been placed. Within lots #9 and #16, it appeared that
approximately two to five feet of fill had been placed The proofroll was, performed with loaded watertruck ~elghing
approximately 52,000 Ibs (as per rick with Centerline Construction). No deflections were observed under wheel
loadlngand no wheel tracking (rutting) occurred indicating a relatively firm, stable fill surface at thiS time Contractor was
asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
