pLlcemcnt of gravel fIll on this sHe 111 pi eparatlon for the construction mvolvmg foundatIOn for the
ploposed lesldence The excavatIon Involved removal of surface orgdll1c soIl and other unsuItable
material and the placement of a 12" mllllll1Um of 3/4" m1l1us crushed lock 10 accordance with our
standard procedures Pen meter drams are to be 1I1stalled and connected to approved storm dramage
system The compacted surface of the CI ushed rock IS adequate for a foundatIOn beanng capacIty
of 1000 psf, WhICh IS adequate to support the proposed conventIOnal wood frame reSIdence The
compactIOn of the gravel surface IS greater than 95% of a standard proctor per ASTMD698-91. (See
attached data sheet) Dramage not Installed at time of compactIOn test
