Multiple Housing Project Springfield
Third Addition to Lisa Marie Meadows
I walked and reviewed your housing project this
morning. I marked the proposed building corners
for you last year for construction. It appears
that you have added an additional 3 or 4 inches
of rock to what existed at that time.
Last year the ground was scraped for construction
and then rock was laid for foundations but
nothing was poured.

I saw no sod or debris under any of the proposed
foundations. I dug down and found previous rock
and dirt.
