PSI representative observed excavation of organics contaminated soil from lot boundary line between lots #99
through #101, and lots #133 through #135 Stripped subgraded was encountered at a depth of 3' below existing
ground elevation (measured at the approximate southwest corner of lot #100) In the course of excavation deleterious
materials other than grass were encountered In association with bUried grass were and 18" dIameter telephone pole
(approximately 10' long), 6 - 8 fence posts, barbed wire, and miscellaneous building materials (conduit, Wire, etc.) In
conversation With Glenn Ling (engineer of record, Ling and ASSOCiates), he indicated that he would like to meet at the
