No.: Type of Inspection: Job No. P30115 SOils Investigation Permit No.: Weather: N/A Clear Field Observations and Comments PSI representative observed excavation of organics contaminated sOil along lot line boundary between south facing lots on Ambleslde Drive and north facing lots on Falcon Drive BUried grass strlpplngs and bUried rooted grass were exposed and removed between lots 94 through102 In general, bUried fresher grass was encountered from 0 to 2 feet below eXisting ground elevation With more decomposed grass from approXimately 5 to 2 feet below that The lateral extent of these layers to the south (towards Ambleside Drive) was determined, as per Mr Glenn Ling's (project engineer) instruction by excavating five lateral trenches south of the lot line excavation based on the observed cross section in these trenches, the southern extent of these layers was defined and painted at the ground surface Clean, stripped subgrade elevation was measured at three locations Within the lot line excavation, they are as follows 1) ApproXimately 95 feet south of lot 100 & 101 boundary on Falcon Drive - 487 80, 2) ApproXimately 134 feet south of Falcon Drive approXimately 48780,3) ApproXimately 95 feet south of lot 97 & 98 boundary plus 20 feet (to the east) on Falcon Dnve approXimately 482 60 Inspector: Mike Dewey If you have any questions regarding thiS report, please feel free to contact us at 541-746-9649 Respectfully Submitted, If.
