Field Observations and Comments
PSI representative observed track-hoe strrpplng of organics contaminated SOil along lot line boundary between south
faCing lots on Ambles/de Drrve and north faCing lots on Falcon Drrve Buned grass strrpplngs and burred rooted grass
and shrubs were revealed and removed throughout the extent of the current excavation which extends approximately 25
feet south of the lot line between lots 94 through 102 (facing Falcon Dnve) Subgrade elevation was Identified through
this excavation and three subgrade elevations were measured as follows at approximately 115 feet south of station
2+00 on Falcon Drrve = 47804 feet, at approximately 105 feet south of station 4+00 on Falcon Drive = 48449, at
approximately 90 feet south of station 5+25 on Falcon Drive = 490 34 Some strrpplngs were trucked off site, while
some was stockpiled In lots 27 through 29, and 33 through 37
p~' representative observed excavation of four (4) potholes In the approximate center of lots 96, 98, 99 and 100 Only
I. ,e pothole In lot #100 was buned organics discovered ApproXimately 18 Inches of pnmanly wood chips and grass
were found at approximately 6 Inches below current ground elevation The other three potholes were clean
Along the western edge of the site, burred organic (grass) was seen to "Daylight Out" at approxImately the intersection
of the back lot line and the lots 94/95 boundary Please see accompanYing map for depiction of the referenced areas
