Field Observations and Comments
A.M. - Met on-site with Mr. Glenn Ling (Ling and Associates), Mr. Mike Kirkpatrick, (Centerline Construction), and
Troy Hull (PSI) for purposes of determining the scope of excavation of buried orgamc and other deletenous materials
In the VIcinity of lots #98 through #102. It was determined at that selected locations (Identified by PSI) within lots
south of Falcon Drive, exploratory test pitS would be excavated to asses the extent of these matenals. Any
deleteriOUs materials that are discovered In the test pitS will be removed The test pits Will be selected so as to
determine that lateral extent of any subsurface deletenous material.
P.M. - PSI representative met with Mr. Mike Kirkpatrick to establish the construction schedule for earthwork at the
3Ct site PSI representative understands that scraping of undocumented fill Will commence October 1, 1999 in
100S #130 through #140 to recover clean (but undocumented) fill for use' at the site. Subgrade identification and
structural fill placement is also planned for lots #118 through #120 October 1, 1999
