Field Observations and Comments
PSI representative observed excavation of organics contaminated sOil along lot line boundary between south facing lots
on Ambleslde Drive and north facing lots on Falcon Drive Buried grass strlpplngs and bUried rooted grass were
exposed and removed between lots 94 through102 In general, bUried fresher grass was encountered from 0 to 2 feet
below eXisting ground elevation with more decomposed grass from approximately 5 to 2 feet below that The lateral
extent of these layers to the south (towards Ambleside Drive) was determined, as per Mr Glenn Ling's (project
engineer) instruction by excavating five lateral trenches south of the lot line excavation based on the observed cross
section In these trenches, the southern extent of these layers was defined and painted at the ground surface
Clean, stripped subgrade elevation was measured at three locations wi~hln the lot line excavation, they are as follows
1) Approximately 95 feet south of lot 100 & 101 boundary on Falcon Drive - 487.80,2) Approximately 134 feet south of
Falcon Drive approximately 487.80,3) Approximately 95 feet south of lot 97 & 98 boundary plus 20 feet (to the east) on
Falcon Dnve approximately 482.60.
