Dear Mr. Matheny:
Our records indicate that on September 5, 1989, plans were submitted
to construct a storage structure at 2955 Hayden Bridge Road,
Springfield, Oregon. At the time the plans were submitted, you were
informed that the plans were incomplete and that the plans could not
be reviewed until we received additional structural drawings. To
date, we have not received this information.
Please phone me (726-3790) at your earliest convenience to inform me
if you are still planning to construct the' storage unit, or if you
would like your plans returned to you. If I do not hear from you
within 10 days, I will assume your project has been abandoned and your
your plans will be destroyed.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
