RE: 1625 Henderson Rd. - Revision To Engineering - W.O. #16118
As requested, the engineering dated 8/4/04 has been revised. The revisions are as follows:
1. The 4x12 beams specified in note 2 of the revision letter dated 815/04 can be
replaced by 4x1 a's.
2. A 5%" diameter by .375" thick (schedule 80) ASTM A53 Grade B pipe can be
installed inside the existing 6" diameter pipe specified in note 1 of the revision letter
dated 8/5104. The 5%" pipe is required to bear on the footing and to have the perimeter
welded with %' fillet welds to the 6" pipe. The 5%" pipe can extend above the top of the
6" pipe a maximum of 5'-0". A 2x6 filler block may be placed In the post cap so that the
beam support is flush.
