Dear Mr. Scanlan:
This is to certify that in accordance with Chapter 17 of the Uniform Building Code and design
requirements, we have performed Special Inspection at the above referenced project on the following
items:
I. Soils Observation
2. Reinforcing Steel/Anchor Bolts
3, Reinforced Concrete,
4, High Strength Bolts
5, Epoxy Anchors
Inspections and tests were performed and reported according to the requirements of Chapter 17 and as
directed by our client. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was performed in accordance
with the approved plans, specifications, revisions, applicable workmanship provisions of State Building
Code and Standards and Uniform Building Code.
Note: Our firm also performed in-place nuclear density testing on crushed aggregate backfill. For
specific details regarding our inspection and testing services, please reference our previously
submitted reports. .
