Gentlemen,
Since I am out of the office next week, here are some thoughts on the subject application
1) The proposed street layout IS consistent With our Conceptual Local Streets Plan However, Klntzley
Avenue IS a County Local Access Road (LAR), so the sltuatron IS very Similar to the Jackson case we
recently reviewed
2) The application narrative and questrons do not appear to recognize the complications Inherent these
circumstances Question 1 asks about the "mechanism" for extra-terntorlal extension of urban services rn
Krntzley I have understood tha~ such extensions are not permitted under currently applicable ORS
