Ave The diScussion about SDC credits was limited to possible over-slzmg of utilities and/or construction of public
facIlities that serve a larger area beyond the development site For these types of situations, SDC credits may be
considered and would be detailed m an Annexation Agreement There wasn't a diScussion about SDC credits for
other forms of public land dedication, such as parks and open space
