The property proposed for development IS owned by Bill Dwyer. The property currently has one
single family dwelling on it to remam.
The subJect property contains approXImately .81 acres and IS proposed to be dIvided into 5 lots,
all of whIch will be single-famIly resIdentIal lots. The resultmg development denSIty wIll have
little or no affect to !he floodplam as shown on the FEMA floodplam boundary map No.
41039C1166 F dated June 2, 1999.
At thIs tnne no manufactured homes are proposed with thIs land use apphcation
Proposed improvements WIll mc1ude an 20 foot wide paved driveway from the front property lIne
to the pan portIOn of proposed lot 3 as shown on the Tentative Plan. The portion of the property
whIch hes below the base flood elevation of 495.2 as determmed by the above mentIOned map IS
approximately 1400 sq. ft and lIes m the northeast corner of the property.
No structures or utilitIes are proposed in the northeast corner of the property with this land use
applIcatIOn.
The apphcant IS proposing to use matenal generated on-site from construction of the proposed
