of the lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; which Deed of
Trust was recorded in Lane County Oregon Official Records May 17, 2006 as Document

Whereas EarlL. McElhany and Christina F. McElhany desire to record a Partition Plat creating
three separate legal parcels;
Know all men by these presents that Florence Summers hereby concurs with the platting and
