Comment
Called Mike Miller to ask what type of heat he
would be using in the addition. He said at this
point he did not know. Is considering gas. but
wasn't sure. He said that he may not know
until framing is completed. I explained to him
that we could go ahead and issue permits
without knowing but it would require additional
trips to our office for him to obtain required
permits for mechanical and perhaps addilional
electrical depending on the type of heat
source he decided to use. I also asked the
type of energy path his addition would be. He
said that he did not know. I told him that I
would list it as path 1 construction and if it was
different than that to let us know.
