RE: System Development Charges for Midway Manor - Phase 2 Connection to Public Sewer
Dear Pam:
This letter is per your request concerning the outstanding System Development Charges (SDC's)
for the subject project. The original amount was $54,940.66. The owner paid $10,000 to start
the project in September of2000, leaving a balance of $44,940.66. With the submittal of a check
in the amount of$25,000 today, a balance of$19,940.66 is remaining in SDC's for the project.
We have verified with the park owner that the final connection to the existing 3 inch pressure
.Iine stubbed at the west side of the park shall not be made until the remaining $19,940.66 is paid
to the city of Springfield.
