A 2A-IOB:C fire extinguisher shall be provided for every 75' of travel in all buildings 4. Building shall be marked with the letter C in 12' (or larger) letters contrasting in color with it's background - visible from Henderson Delay from application date until first review because of the way plans were submitted. All three sets of plans were submitted in one large roll and needed to be separated by staff into 12 different submittals (3 different buildings with 4 copies each). This was done between time spent at the counter issuing permits and on the phone responding to customer requests by David Bowlsby. Additional staff time to combine plans into appropriate submittal approx 2 + hours. The calculations still indicate the building was designed as an enclosed structure.
