prior to issuing the building permit:
I. A cut-off valve shall be provided
in Building B to contain any spill
within that building and not allow it
to enter the sanitary sewer system.
The valve must be readily accessible
within the building with aD attached
key and clear instructions on its
operation.
2. An oil-filtering device shall be
installed at the inlet of the pump lift
station.

Pass building envelope and lighting
portions. The person completing the
code forms indicated that the
building did not call for an HV AC
system. Per the plans, infrared
radiant gas heaters are shown to be
installed. I have placed a call to
Todd Turner with BBT Architects t~
inquire which is correct. If the
building is indeed heated, a limited
temperature t-stat can be installed t~
bring the system into compliance.
Todd is on vacation and not
expected back until 4/1/02.
To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspection requested before 7:00 a.m.
will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following work
day.

Ufer Electrical Ground: Install ground rod at footing and call for inspection in conjunction with footing andlor
foundation inspection.
2 Footing: After trenches are excavated.
3 Foundation: After forms are erected but prior to concrete placement.
4 Slab: To be made after all inslab building service equipment, conduit piping and other equipment items are in
place but prior to concrete.
S High Strength Bolting: To be done during construction by a State Certified Special Inspector. Provide inspection
results to City Building Inspector.
6 Final Fire Department. After all requirements of the Fire Department have been met.
7 Final Building: After all required inspections have been requested and approved and the building is complete.
8 SUB Final: After all required energy inspections have been requested and approved.
9 Underfloor Plumbing: Prior to insulation or decking.
10 Rough Plumbing: Prior to cover and including required testing.
II Final Plumbing: When all plumbing work is complete.
12 Backflow Device: Prior to covering and provide a copy of the test report on site at the time of inspection.
