following items need to be addressed
prior to issuing the building permit:
I. A cut-off valve shall be provided
in Building B to contain any spill
within that building and not allow it
to enter the sanitary sewer system.
The valve must be readily accessible
within the building with an attached
key and clear instructions on its
operation.
2. An oil-filtering device shall be
installed at the inlet of the pump lift
station.

Pass building envelope and lighting
portions. The person completing the
code forms indicated that the
building did not call for an HV AC
system. Per the plans, infrared
radiant gas heaters are shown to be
installed. I have placed a call to
Todd Turner with BBT Architects to
inquire which is correct. If the
building is indeed heated, a limited
temperature t-stat can be installed to
bring the system into compliance.
Todd is on vacation and not
expected back until 4/1/02.

To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspection requested before 7:00 a.m.
will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following work
day.

8 SUB Final: After all required energy inspections have been requested and approved.
