The person completing the code forms indicated that the building did not call for an HV AC system. Per the plans, infrared radiant gas heaters are shown to be installed. I have placed a call to Todd Turner with BBT Architects to inquire which is correct. If the building is indeed heated, a limited temperature t-stat can be installed to bring the system into compliance. Todd is on vacation and not expected back until 4/1/02. Pass Energy Code Review.
