THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO SUBDIVIDE THE LANDS OF THELMA
MAE CRISTLER. TRUSTEE INTO THREE PARCELS AS APPROVE.D BY CITY OF
SPRINGFIELD JOURNAL No. 96-0B-/56 DA TE.D SEPTEMBER 30. 1996 AND TO
COMPLY WITH THE OREGON REVISED STATUES (D.R.S.) REQUIREMENTS FOR
LAND PARTITIONS. THE BOUNDARY OF SAID LANDS AND PARTITION WAS
ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS'
MAIN STREET WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE TWO FOUND I 1/2-
ALUMINUM CAPS SET BY THE OREGON STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT AS
REPRESENTING POINTS ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH MARGINS OF SAID STREET
