I Just became aware of the sudden death of Steve Jokinen last week from a heart attack He IS gOing to be missed,
someone In planning spoke With him every week answering his inquIries and regarding his innovative Ideas I have
enjoyed working With him on this Meyer Park SubdiVIsion application
This a m I spoke briefly With Carol over at Habitat for Humanity regarding the forward movement on their Meyer Park

Aaron, please stay In touch With both Jon and me The completion of this project has taken on new meaning and needs
All of us must work together to keep the process moving smoothly
I have not spoken With Steve's Wife, Terry, regarding the application, however, she IS the legal property owner and either
she or her representative Will make the deCISion to continue processing the application I Will be the contact In Planning
Let me know If there IS anything that I can do to faCIlitate the completion of the application We must watch the deadlines
closely and If need be, I Will request an extension on the tlmellnes

LANE COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE COMMENTS
1. Please proVide a Narrative for the survey
2 Submit a request for formal approval of the subdiVISion name
3 Include TL's 304 & 305 at the bottom left of the Plat
4 Label the Detail "NTS" and show north arrow
5 Add "(McKenZie Hwy)" to road name to match deSCription In Surveyor's Certificate
6 The SE corner shows a set pin but IS label found? Which IS correct? If found, IS It on line? CSF# 34657 shows It
out of pOSition The found IR at NE corner of Lot 12 was also shown to be out of posItion In CSF #34657
7 Add "Commissioner's" signature line
8. The Declaration should Include all easements on the Plat.
9 Provide updated title report prior to recording
10 Taxes for the 2006-2007 tax year must be certified as paid pnor to final recording
