FINDINGS OF FACT:
1. No circumstances exist which are unique to this building and location
that warrant the granting of the request.
2. The proposed sign could have been incorporated into the design of the
other three existing signs.
3. Other alternative exist which meet code requirements.
RIGHT OF APPEAL: Appeal of the Board's decision may be taken to the City
Council within 10 days of the receipt of this Notice of
Decision.
