An Occupancy Inspection shall be requested through the Building Safety Division. 2. Submit a complete application for a Type II Site Plan. The approval process for a Type II site plan is approximately 2 weeks. You have been provided with applications and Development Code Articles 18, 31 and 32 as well as a list of submittal deadlines and meeting dates to aid you in submitting your application.
