Because the proposal is a change in us~ from retail to office, two reviews are
necessary prior to any occupancy of the building for office related uses.
1. An Occupancy Inspection shall be requested through the Building Safety
Division.
2. Submit a complete application for a Type II Site Plan. The approval process
for a Type II site plan is approximately 2 weeks.
You have been provided with applications and Development Code Articles 18, 31 and
32 as well as a list of submittal deadlines and meeting dates to aid you in
submitting your application.
Please let me know if you have questions about this process.
