Final Site Plans with substantial changes were submitted to the City of Springfield on July 24, 1997. Revised Final Site Plans were submitted October 31, 1997, in response to an August 27,1997 request from the City of Springfield Planning Division for additional infonnation regarding revised Final Plans. Stll1Jn;. Revisions requested. The October 11. 1997 Final Site Plan submittal did not accurately reflect specific infonnation and revisions requested. Your site plan will be fmaled, and a Development Agreement signed when the enclosed revisions are completed and returned (SEE A IT ACHED MEMO AND ENCLOSED PLANS): 1) Please submit a check for $40.00 made out to Lane County Deeds and Records for easement and dedication filing by the City Surveyor. 2) Correct the Stonnceptor design to meet the manufacturer's manual or a letter from the manufacturer approving the proposed use of the product. 3) Revise the parking layout and bioswale design to alleviate the identified constriction per the City Engineer' 5 request. Revise the parking calculation 5 to include the underground parking and provide the data on the Final Site Plan. 4) Revise the site plan to relocate the sanitary sewer connection and provide a cleanout per Public Works instructions. 't~ 5) Revise the site plan to coordinate the site and street grades at the deceleration lane. 6) Revise the site plan to include a directional arrow at the Old Harlow Road access to supplement the "Exit Only" signs. 7) Submit Public Improvement Plans (CIOO, 102 & 103), as revised by Balzhiser & Hubbard. ./ . . . 2 In order to complete the site plan review process, please submit revised plans and required documents in one complete package.
