As you are aware on September 4, 1985 the Sp~ingfield Planning
Commission approved your request to remove SlX landscaped parking
separators so additional parking spaced may be added. Along with the
.approval of the Modification of Site Plan the following conditions
were imposed:
1. Restriping design of the parking lot requires approval from the
. City's Transportat i on Manager.

;2. Landscaping along the western boundary of this property (where
, one of the parking separators will be removed) must be replaced
where destroyed by fire.
