Dear Mr. Shaw:
A framing inspection, on the above noted property, was completed and
approved on July 2, 1987. The clearance to combustibles of the masonry
fireplace was specifically addressed during this inspection. It was observed
that the masonry fireplace was in compliance with the requirements of the
Uniform Building Code, Table 37-B, for clearances.
The final inspection was completed, on October 19, 1987, and approved.
