Kephart 2742 Harvest Lane Springfield, Oregon 97477 RE: Floodplain elevation Lane County Tax Assessor's Map 17-03-23, Tax Lot 1202 Dear Mr. Kephart, Regarding the floodplain elevation for Tax Lot 1202, also described as 2742 Harvest Lane, the 100 year base flood boundary elevation at that site is 443 + I, 1 foot above mean sea level as depicted on the National Flood Insurance Rate Map, Community Panel Number 415591-0370 C, effective date December 18, 1985. The Springfield Development Code, Article 27.040(2)(a) requires that residential structures have the lowest floor elevated to one foot above the base flood elevation.
