Because the proposal is a change in use from retail to office, two reviews are
necessary prior to any occupancy of the building for office related uses.
1. An Occupancy Inspection shall be requested through the Buildin9 Safety
Division.
2. Submit a complete application for a Type II Site Plan.
for a Type II site plan is approximately 2 weeks.
