Reauest: A revised final site plan was submitted for the Pacific Continental Bank site at
.10~~1~t{tarlow!Road.on May 24, 1999, The site plan was revised to reflect the connection
of private driveways resulting from the vacation of Old Harlow Road (Planning Journal
#1999-02-0032).
Status: APPROVED. Because Old Harlow Road has been vacated, Condition of
Approval #6 of the May 6, 1997 Site Plan Decision for public right of way improvements
no longer is applicable. All other conditions of approval have been met. The revised
final site plan completes re~iew of Planning Journal #96-12-256.
Additional Information: The asphalt apron shown on the final site plan acceptable
until such time as the joint access and maintenance area is paved in accordance with
private easements filed during vacation procedures. Pacific Continental Bank will be
responsible for paving, positive drainage to an approved storm water facility and an
extruded curb to protect landscaped areas on their portion of the easement area.
Because Site Plan Approval Condition #6 requiring public street improvements no longer
applies, a request for release of the cash deposit posted for final site plan approval and
building occupancy has been forwarded to the Finance Department. The funds will be
refunded according to Finance Department policy.
