WHEREAS, in consiaeration for Site Plan approval, the issuance of a Bui1aing Pennit, ana the issuance of an Occupancy Permit, as specifiea in the Springfiela _...~ Development Coae Section 31.090, Applicant agrees to comply with all the stanaaras of the Springfiela Development Coae ana Springfiela Municipal Coae which may be applicable to this aevelopment project, incluaing but not limitea to, the following: 1. Pavea parking with arainage will be installea in accoraance to the approvea .Final ?ite Plan ana the stanaaras of the Springfiela Development Coae. 2. A bike rack will be installea. 3. A 6 foot fence at the rear ana siae property lines will be installea ana maintainea. \ 4. A 5 foot lanascapea setback will be installea aajacent to the parking area in accoraance with the Springfiela Development Coae. 5. 'All street frontage will be proviaea with a 5 foot siaewalk. 6: All issues aiscussea as part of the requirea Occupancy Inspection will be aaaressea. 7. If lana is purchasea to the east to alleviate Builaing Coae fire wall stanaaras, either the lot to the east must be purchasea in its entirety ana an open space easement of at least 2 feet will be recoraea at the Applicants expanse or at least a 2 foot strip must be purchasea from the City after approval of a Lot Line Aajustment application. .
